    21&22:Facility emergency exit doors:

    Are obstructed;

    Are locked;

    Do not have a landing with at least 1 meter （3 feet） before beginning of first step.

    应急逃生门不应被堵塞，上锁。

    Facility emergency exit doors:

    Are not side-hinged doors;

    Do not open in the direction of travel with a single motion;

    Do not close automatically when leading to a staircase.

    Are not operable.

    应急逃生门应带有铰链，并且能一个动作超一个方向推开，可以自动关闭。

    23:Facility emergency exit windows:

    Are obstructed;

    Are locked;

    Do not have a landing on the exit side.

    24：Facility emergency fire alarms:

    Are not present at the facility;

    Are not present in areas of the building not occupied by the facility;

    Have error indicators on the fire alarm control panel.

    消防警铃显示正常状态。

    25&26:Facility emergency fire alarms:

    Are not audible;

    Do not have beacon or flashing lights in high-noise areas.

    消防警铃应可以清楚的带车间每个角落听到， 超过9db的车间需安装指示灯。

    Facility emergency fire alarms:

    Are not connected to a secondary power source;

    Are not inspected every month.

    消防警铃应每月检查，并且有第二电源。

    27:Facility:

    Does not have a sprinkler system;

    Does not have a control panel set to “AUTOMATIC” if there is a fire pump available;

    Does not have a fire hydrant system.

    超过23米的建筑或面积超过75平米及人员密集的区域 必须安装自动喷淋系统或消防栓。

    Is not stored in a suction tank, elevated tank, or reservoir;

    Is observed to be empty;

    Is not monitored by a water level gauge;

    Is not inspected every month for sufficiency.
