●Plant layout
厂房平面图
●Payroll and Attendance Records
工资表及考勤记录 （过去十二个月已发放工资的月份开始计算）
●Labor contract signed between the factory and workers.
厂方与员工签署之劳动合同
●Personnel and registration records of all employees
员工人事档案
●Overtime permit from Local Labor Authority
当地劳动部门批准的加班批文
●Fire Drill Records/First Aid Training Certificates
消防演习记录/急救员证书
●Social insurance invoice (3 months)
购买社会保险的收据（三个月）
●Local Minimum Wage Standards
当地最低工资标准
●Fire department current inspection certificate
消防局颁发的消防验收证书
●Waiver from the social insurance bureau exempts the factory fro mcertain social insurance scheme.
社保局证明厂方已按当地要求购买社会保险的批文
