a、AGS 审核范围——包括：
Social Section: Labor Compliance (社会责任)
SCS/BP Section: Supply Chain Security (反恐)+ *Brand Protection（品牌保护）
* 备注：AGS 表示“品牌保护”不带任何影响审核结果的价值，只是确定工厂需要改善的地方。
b、AGS第三方审核公司
Elavate
BSI
Sumerra (备注：该公司会委托其它第三方审核公司进行审核，例如：ALGI)
备注：AGS表示现阶段不接受工厂的第三方审核报告。
c、AGS审核安排
半通知审核 —— 在一个预先确定的两周时间范围内进行
不预先通知审核 —— 不提供审核日期。 一般会用在前次AGS审核有“透明度”问题的工厂。
d、AGS审核评级（Ref.Manual#5.1.1）
Rating A: Authorized for Production
Rating B: Authorized for Production. Annual audit will take place within 12-18 months.
Rating C: Conditionally Authorized for production. Follow-up audit will take place within 6 months.
Rating D: Conditional Authorization for Production with Concerns. Follow-up audit will take place within 3 months.
